Our fragrances

Montclair Hybrids are our own original blends, made from perfume oils sourced from the UAE. Where we describe a hybrid as blending or being inspired by other fragrances, those names are used for comparison only. Montclair Parfum is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to those brands, and all trade marks belong to their respective owners.

Scent descriptions are a guide — fragrance develops differently on every skin. Product photographs show our bottle and presentation box; the colour of the liquid may vary.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where it applies. Payment is taken securely through Shopify’s checkout. International orders may attract import duties and taxes in the destination country; where possible these are calculated at checkout. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Orders

An order is accepted when we confirm it has been dispatched. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is unavailable or we suspect fraud — and will refund any payment in full.

Shipping

Delivery times and rates are set out on our Shipping page. Australian orders of 2 or more bottles ship free. Perfume is classed as a dangerous good for air freight, so some destinations may take longer or be unavailable. Responsibility for your order passes to you on delivery.

Returns and refunds

Unopened bottles in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept opened bottles unless they are faulty. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law — if something is wrong with your order, contact us at contactmontclairparfum@gmail.com. See Returns.

Promotions

Scratch & Win. One card per customer. Your code is single-use, linked to the email you entered (use the same email at checkout), valid for 30 days and can't be combined with other offers. One card per person, email address or household. Every card wins one of: 15% off, 25% off, Buy 2 Get 3 (the third 50 ml cologne free) or one free 50 ml cologne. Entering subscribes you to our emails. Codes have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and are applied once to a single order. We may cancel codes obtained through multiple identities, automation or other misuse. Prizes are subject to availability.

Welcome offer. Join our weekly newsletter to receive 10% off your first order. One welcome code per person or email address; single-use, valid for 30 days, linked to the email you signed up with, and not combinable with other offers.

We may change or end a promotion at any time without affecting codes already issued.

VIP membership (Montclair Privé)

Membership is a one-off payment of $300 — not a subscription — and lasts for as long as we run the programme. It is personal to the email address used at checkout, which is also how you sign in, and it can’t be transferred or shared.

The membership fee pays for access only — it does not include any cologne. Membership gives you access to the VIP room: the restricted and unreleased fragrances of the VIP Reserve, and a private blend composed by our founder from your brief. Every fragrance is purchased separately, at the price shown in your VIP room. A private blend is made for you and is not sold to other customers. Blends are handmade, so each takes time; we’ll keep you updated by email.

VIP colognes are for members’ own use and can only be bought by signed-in members. Orders for VIP colognes from non-members may be cancelled and refunded. Discount codes can’t be used on membership or VIP colognes. Your Australian Consumer Law rights are not affected; if membership isn’t what you expected, contact us at contactmontclairparfum@gmail.com.

Using our fragrances safely

For external use only. Patch-test on a small area first and stop using if irritation occurs. Keep away from eyes, children and naked flames — perfume is flammable.

This website

The Montclair name, crest, photography and content on this website belong to Montclair Parfum. Please don’t copy or reuse them without permission. We work to keep the site accurate and available but can’t guarantee it will always be error-free.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any loss relating to a product is limited to replacing it, repairing it or refunding its price. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
